Dear alumni of AIESEC in Finland,

Sign-up is now over and you have been sent information booklet about the event and payment instructions. On behalf of AIESEC in Finland, I wish to welcome you, our partners and delegates of ACCESS 2008 to our 60th Anniversary celebrations.

Furthermore, I am happy to announce that Hanken School of Economics, home university to one of the oldest Local Committees in Finland, has become an official supporter of the event. I wish to thank Hanken for their valuable support of meaningful student activity.

Information Booklet Released

The 60th Anniversary Information Booklet has been released. It provides the participants with practical information on payment, agenda, things to bring and the dress code of the event.

Late sign-ups 11.10. - 19.10.

A late sign-up will be in effect after today (October 10th). For the late sign-ups, the fee will be 60 EUR.

As we have to make the bus order on Monday based on the current number of registered participants, we cannot guarantee that there will be room in the buses for people who register after the weekend. As before, remaining places will be filled on first-come, first-served basis.

You will receive information about the event and payment instructions in the email.

60th Anniversary registration closes next Friday on October 10th, so please remember to sign-up if you haven't done so already!

Seminar party packages sold out!

Due to the limited number of school rooms available at the ACCESS venue and the high demand, we have discontinued offering Seminar party packages. However, there might be still room for you in case of cancellations, so please contact Pak Yang Chum ( pakyang.chum(at)gmail.com ) and tell about your interest by October 10th if you're interested in having that option! You will be informed as we know the final number of delegates.

NOTE: Remaining places will be given on first-come, first-served basis.

Limited "Seminary party packages" available!

Due to their unexpected popularity we have only around 30 seminar party packages available. They are given on first-come, first-served basis. Please sign-up as soon as possible, if you wish to accommodate at the ACCESS venue for Saturday-Sunday night.

60th Anniversary celebrations of AIESEC in Finland will be held at Kulosaari Secondary School and Restaurant Sipuli. Please note that the preliminary Agenda is still subject to change. For more information, see the links on the left.

Changes to the 60th Anniversary organisation

Please note that following a re-organisation, in which the Organising Committee of the 60th Anniversary was merged under ACCESS 2008 OC, the contact people have changed. In all questions you may have, please turn to Pak Yang Chum, the alumni responsible for 60th Anniversary. He may be reached from +358 44 052 6692 and pakyang.chum(a)gmail.com.

The 60th website has been updated to reflect these changes.

60th Anniversary planning underway

It's April already and the OC (organizing committee that is) is working to get the anniversary event done. Some major announcements, such as theme and venue of the event will be published soon.

Meanwhile, the alumni can show their interest by pre-registering. Doing that, you give your old friends the information that you are showing up.
